Several years ago I started to explore the field of spirituality… especially spiritual healing. I attended workshops with Doreen Virtue and studied with teachers of the Rocky Mountain Mystery School, one of only 7 Mystery schools in the world!  I also took an extensive course in “ChiI” healing and researched other healing modalities including Quantum Touch™, ThetaHealing™, and Reiki. I most resonate with ‘Chi’ and Reiki. I am a registered Reiki Master Teacher with the International Association of  Reiki Professionals, and an Ordained Minister with Universal Life Church in Modesto, California.  I teach and practice Reiki in the Sacramento area.

Healing Sessions
Reiki is powerful yet gentle and nurturing. Reiki alleviates pain, decreases stress and anxiety, promotes restful sleep and deep relaxation, assists the body in cleansing out toxins, accelerates healing of the physical body from injuries as well as conditions such as arthritis, cancer/ chemotherapy, PMS, migraines, menopause, emotional issues, pre & post surgery, and much more. Reiki is for everyone including pregnant women, infants, and children.

During a treatment the client remains fully clothed. The practitioner’s hands are placed on or over the client during treatment. It is the client who will draw the appropriate amount of healing energy to whatever area it is needed. This channeled energy helps the client to heal.

My sessions are held in a private, peaceful healing room and serene garden retreat that invites you to receive the gentle healing energy of Reiki.  I have a loving, intuitive approach, which will help you gain and maintain optimal health & energy.  Animal Reiki sessions available as well. Sessions are 60 minutes for $60. 

Reiki Training Classes
My classes are focused on hands-on practice. Student participation and group sharing of experience is encouraged. I offer a loving, supportive, and comfortable learning environment during classes and ongoing support after classes have ended. I welcome anyone who is interested in learning the ancient way of energy healing to contact me about training.
