Barbara Engelhardt is a licensed psychotherapist with an M.A. in Depth Psychology and extensive training in Self Psychology. She has been in private practice for eleven years focusing primarily on the facilitation of Self actualization using both traditional and alternative healing modalities, abuse trauma both past and present, couples counseling, life transition challenges and eating disorders/body image issues. For the past nine years she has also run The ALIVE Program.

THE ALIVE PROGRAM facilitates the process of reclaiming the Authentic Self and thereby living a more conscious life. The program also empowers people to recognize and deal with control issues and violent behavior which result from unconscious choice-making.
